My experience with Kristy has been life-changing. Kristy was my first coach, and the experience of working with her was beyond my expectations. It’s very common that we start a new year full of new goals, ideas, and projects, but along the way, they slowly get pushed away due to day-to-day happenings of life. This year, I wanted to make sure that I would keep consistency and control of each of my new projects. KMC style of coaching is a lightly structured, primarily hands off mirror-style coaching. The sessions are supported by SEMBU, a method of Awareness, Acceptance, and Aligned Action, that is incredibly reflective and powerful. SEMBU stands for Somatic, Emotional, Mental, Behavioral, and Unconscious. Through tapping into these layers, we uncover what your deeper desire is, which allows your intuition to speak more freely.
